She was unbelievably anxious and frightened of technology but Louisa made her feel at ease and began really connecting with my Grandma, slowly teaching her how to use her emails. Louisa went above and beyond by making an email guide for her so she could practice independently. Louisa is incredibly patient and personable. Now my Grandma emails and face times me every few days - it’s something I never thought would happen and is all down to Louisa! Would HIGHLY recommend!”
